24-Hour Movement Guidelines – Move / Sweat / Step:
- Infants: physically active several times a day, including at least 30 minutes of tummy time while awake.
- Toddlers 1 and 2: at least 180 minutes of physical activity, including energetic play.
- Preschoolers 3 and 4: at least 180 minutes of physical activity of which at least 60 minutes is energetic play.
- Children and youth: at least 60 minutes of moderate to vigorous physical activity
