Activity description:

  • Sing the following lyrics while children move as identified:

We’re going to shake, shake, shake our sillies out

Shake, shake, shake our sillies out

Shake, shake, shake our sillies out

And wiggle our waggle away

  • Repeat the song but replace ‘shake’ with other movements such as ‘march’, ‘hop’ and ‘stretch’.

  • Physical skills: arm movement; leg movement; bending; reaching; coordination; patterns; rhythm
  • Non-physical skills: listening and following instructions; vocabulary development
